Konqueror is pretty cool, but what if I insist on speed with a filemanager?
MC is alright, but my version lacks mouse support.
Console is slow for me when it comes to typing in file names.

What is your choice?

Very very fast, built in archiving tools etc, handy two-pane mode
my long time favourite.
